Munich, 15 September 2014 – There’s only a few more days to go until the start of SimRacingEXPO 2014, taking place on 20 and 21 September at the Nürburgring alongside the Blancpain Endurance Series races iRacing.com Nürburgring 1000. Today, event organiser ADAC Mittelrhein e.V. has announced two more exhibitors: the Motorsport Simulator Company and MPM-Sportcars will also be presenting their latest racing simulators at the trade fair.
The Motorsport Simulator Company specialises in racing simulators that are perfect for training purposes – both for amateur and professional racing drivers. Such simulators spare professionals the cost of practising on actual tracks and give amateurs the feeling of competing in a real race. The Motorsport Simulator Company aims to build simulators that create a driving sensation similar to that experienced in a real racing car. “We are delighted to have two more big simulator manufacturers on board – the Motorsport Simulator Company and MPM-Sportcars,” says Marc Hennerici of event organiser ADAC Mittelrhein e.V.. “The range of different simulators is what makes the SimRacingEXPO such a special event. It enables professionals and amateurs to explore the whole spectrum of sim racing opportunities.”
The German company MPM-Sportcars will be bringing its TriplEX simulator to the SimRacingEXPO – a simulator that was initially intended as training equipment for drivers of the exclusive Thunder sports cars and was even produced to the customer’s own specifications. Now the TriplEX is also used for training purposes by professional racing drivers of other cars, as the open programme structure allows for the data of a variety of other vehicles to be added. The simulator has a cockpit design and simulated features include centrifugal force, creating an even more realistic racing experience.
Visitors to the SimRacingEXPO are welcome to try out the simulators and complete a lap of the virtual racetrack.
